Gigamon Customer Support Portal—VÜE Community
A self-service web portal is available to customers, providing access to the tools and resources you need to get started and make the most out of your Gigamon products. Through the portal, you can download the latest software, manage Gigamon assets and support cases, activate licenses, and access educational resources.
Elite-Plus and Elite Support
Customers with Elite, Premium, or 4-Hour Support can reach our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) 24 x 7 x 365. Dedicated support numbers are available in your VÜE Community account:
- Log in to your account.
- Select “Create Case”.
- Your assigned phone number will appear in the header.
