Santa Clara, Calif. – May 13, 2026 — Gigamon, a leader in deep observability, today announced the appointment of Stewart Gregory as vice president of sales, EMEA. In this role, Gregory will lead the company’s go-to-market strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, helping organizations address the growing complexity of hybrid cloud infrastructure as AI adoption drives new data flows, security risks, and visibility gaps.
Based in London, Gregory will report to Gigamon Chief Revenue Officer John Giacomini. He will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the partner ecosystem, and helping organizations to close critical visibility gaps as they adopt AI and cloud technologies.
The appointment comes as enterprises across EMEA accelerate investments in AI and hybrid cloud architectures, driving a surge in East-West traffic, encrypted data, and machine-generated activity that traditional tools struggle to inspect. These shifts create significant visibility gaps, leaving organizations exposed to hidden threats, performance issues, and rising operational costs. To address this, organizations are increasingly turning to the Gigamon Deep Observability Pipeline to access network-derived telemetry and gain visibility into all data in motion across their environments.
“EMEA represents a significant growth opportunity for Gigamon as customers work to secure and manage increasingly complex hybrid cloud environments,” said Giacomini. “Stewart brings deep experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams across some of the most successful cybersecurity and infrastructure companies. He understands how to align go-to-market execution with customer outcomes, and he will play a key role in expanding our presence, strengthening our partner ecosystem, and accelerating growth across the region.”
Gregory brings nearly three decades of experience in IT and cybersecurity, with a strong track record of leading regional expansion and revenue growth across enterprise and public sector markets. He has held senior leadership roles at Cribl, CrowdStrike, Tanium and OpenDNS, where he helped scale sales organizations and support customers as they modernized their approach to securing hybrid cloud environments.
“Across EMEA, organizations are investing heavily in AI and hybrid cloud, yet many still lack the visibility needed to secure and manage these environments with confidence,” according to Gregory. “That gap creates risk, cost, and operational challenges. Gigamon is uniquely positioned to help customers close it with trusted network-derived telemetry and deep observability, and I’m eager to work with our teams and partners to accelerate that impact across the region.”
