Professional Services Partner Program

Gigamon is pleased to introduce the Gigamon Professional Services Partner Program (“GPSP Program”). We are committed to developing and maintaining successful partnerships with Distributors and VARs to enable the deployment of Gigamon solutions successfully throughout the industry. Our GPSP program allows our partners to deliver their own brand of professional services for Gigamon solutions throughout the product lifecycle – design, deployment, maintenance and operation.

All Gigamon Professional Services are delivered via the participants in our GPSP Program.  Partners in good standing with a current Reseller Partner Program agreement executed with Gigamon are eligible to participate in the Gigamon Professional Services Partner Program.

The GPSP program is designed as a channel enablement program to provide partners with training opportunities, sales and delivery support to promote successful deployments of Gigamon solutions. The program provides technical, marketing and commercial benefits to enable Professional Services partners to design and implement complete infrastructure solutions and services to customers worldwide, with the appropriate Gigamon support to minimize project risk, drive customer success and loyalty, while providing a faster ramp to revenue.

Partners interested in providing Professional Services will need to meet the program requirements as outlined in the program guide available on the partner portal.

Support Partner Program

Gigamon offers a comprehensive set of Software and Product Support offerings and we partner with our Channel Partners & Distributors globally to implement and deliver differentiated services.  Our customers are offered the opportunity to purchase a direct Gigamon Pass-through support contract or a Partner Delivered support solution with the Gigamon Solution to best meet the requirements.

The Gigamon channel are a critical part of the overall customer solution.  The Gigamon Support Partner Program (GSPP) is designed to leverage our joint customer relationships, and the technical resources represented, in order to provide our mutual customers the most optimized visibility solution possible.

Channel companies in good standing with a current Reseller Partner Program agreement executed with Gigamon are eligible to participate in the Gigamon Support Partner Program.
