Software — whether embedded in hardware, a functionality add-on, or standalone — can be licensed using two different models:

Hardware Leasing

 

Leasing includes hardware and software together and Elite Support for the specified term. Leasing grants the right to use the products for the specified term, while they remain the property of Gigamon.

NOTE: This leasing option is available ONLY for products that are deployed and used within the 50 states of the United States of America.
